Monica Maralit holds the position of Senior Vice-President at PSG Global Solutions, one of the world’s largest and rapidly expanding providers of outsourced recruiting support to the global staffing and recruiting industry. With a workforce of over 3,800 employees in the Philippines, PSG Global Solutions stands as a leader in the industry.

Having pioneered advancements in the Philippines BPO sector, Monica brings years of invaluable experience to her role, enabling her to adeptly navigate the complexities of outsourced recruiting support. Prior to her tenure at PSG Global Solutions in 2009, she honed her operational and client management skills over a decade, serving US-based Fortune 500 companies within one of the world’s largest BPO organizations.

Monica’s exceptional leadership has not gone unnoticed. She was honored with the PMAP Exemplar trophy and emerged as one of the top three finalists for the PMAP 2017 People Manager of the Year award—a recognition reserved for individuals who demonstrate exemplary leadership and drive innovation in people strategy.

Furthermore, Monica is actively involved in promoting gender diversity and empowerment within the industry. She is a member of the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Council, dedicated to fostering gender-balanced leadership across organizations.

In addition to her professional achievements, Monica co-authored the book “Becoming Sheroes: Stories of Heartstrong Women.” This inspiring collection features narratives from 15 women of diverse backgrounds who have overcome challenges and emerged as sheroes in their communities. Proceeds from the book support the Victoria Heartstrong Organization, a non-profit founded by Monica to empower financially disadvantaged young women through education and comprehensive support.

Recently, Monica was invited to join and was inducted into the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines (Womenbiz PH). Comprising the nation’s top women business leaders and entrepreneurs, WomenBizPH serves as a leading advocate for women in commerce, inspiring and empowering women across the Philippines.
