Dale is the Chief Operating Officer, Partner, and Company Director at Platinum Outsourcing. In this capacity, he oversees the operations of the company both domestically in Australia and at their offshore delivery centers in Southeast Asia. With a background encompassing executive roles in both publicly listed subsidiaries and private SMEs, Dale brings a wealth of experience to his current position.

His areas of expertise include business strategy, workflow optimization, and the establishment of successful remote teams. Dale holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Swinburne University of Technology, where he was recognized for his academic achievements in corporate governance and leadership.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dale is a devoted father to two young boys. He also maintains a passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys spending time in the ocean. Currently, he resides in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.
