Alice Bautista is a seasoned professional with 18 years of extensive experience in the call center industry. She began her career at 19 and has steadily progressed through the ranks, culminating in her current role as President and CEO of OneBPO, where she has served for the past 12 years.

Starting as a Junior Operations Manager, Alice has expertly guided the organization through various growth phases, ultimately leading it to success and expansion.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Master’s in Business Management, both from the University of the Philippines. These academic achievements have equipped Alice with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage business operations.

Currently, Alice is focused on achieving a significant milestone: creating 1,000 job opportunities by the year 2027.
